Description
Our Chicken Adana kebab is a flavorful Turkish dish.
It is named after the city of Adana, in southern Turkey, where it is considered a specialty.
Adana kebab is a symphony of textures and taste from Mahjabeen’s Kitchen.
The Meat:
- Full of Chicken, traditionally hand-chopped and shape as picture shows.
- Some variations might use ground beef, but Chicken is my choice.
The Spices:
- A set of special spices mix and smoky spice blend is what makes Adana Kebab special.
The Cooking:
- The seasoned meat mixture is formed into wide, flat patties. the kebab with a smoky flavor and a beautiful char.
The Presentation:
- I deliver my Adana Kebab as Frozen. But if you want it as cooked. No problem…. i’ll deliver it as cooked.
The Experience:
- Each bite is a juicy explosion, flavor with pops of smoky char.
